The global wind of car electrification is blowing, and the centre of the wind locates in China. The trend of gradual electrification of the automobile market has been irreversible. In order to keep up with this trend, most carmakers  have started their own electric path. Suppliers of auto equipment such as automotive wire harness, auto high voltage cable, automobile   connector, new energy EV charger & socket, too follow up this trend.                               

In a time like present, if no action be taken concerning new energy, then the gap between you and the first-rank carmaker will be larger and larger. Driven by the dual pressure of emission regulations and energy consumption, electrification has become a recognized future evolution direction of the global auto mobile industry, and the whole industry is accelerating the electrification strategy.             

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued the "New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2035)" (draft for comments). The draft for comments put forward that after 15 years of continuous efforts, China should enter the ranks of the world's automotive power, pure electric vehicles become the mainstream, fuel cell vehicles to achieve commercial applications, public areas of vehicles fully electric; new energy automobile sold  to account for 25% of the entire sale number.

This plan clearly defines the development trend of automobile: network-connected, intelligent and shared and electrification. And clearly puts forward the target of the proportion of new energy vehicles and intelligent network-connected automobile market in 2025 in the overall deployment.

Although the subsidy exists, the state's support to the development of new energy vehicles has not declined. The 2021-2035 Plan encourages local governments to increase vehicle support in public services, shared travel and other fields, and give preferential policies for the passage and use of new energy vehicles.

Combined with the current known policies and views, it is not difficult to find that many industry experts and scholars set 2025 as a fully electrification time node. Manufacturers of automobile and automobile equipment（automotive wire harness, automobile high voltage cable, new energy EV charger & socket, car streaming harness, USB harness ） too follow up the trend, setting up their new energy plans :" xx million units of automobile sold to the year xx, new energy products accounted for xx% of total sale to the year xx" and other goals.

China increasingly enhanced its openness to the world, promoting the optimization of China's automobile industry structure in a larger scope, accelerating the pace of China's auto industry transformation and upgrading. And higher-quality openness will also be more conducive to car companies to import higher-quality global resources, and constantly optimize the competitive landscape.
